With the smell of fall in the air and the sun shining, there is no excuse not to get outside and workout!! With bundled layers, I will continue to run my Fit Camp even on the coldest of fall days. After just 20 minutes of my full-body circuit workout…my class has long forgotten the cold, autumn winds and have stripped down to a tank!! Getting a workout outdoors, on a cool day is a great way to burn more calories; with your body working hard to stay warm and then eventually working hard to cool, you will burn through those calories like fire on gasoline!
To spark your motivation, I wanted to send out a take-home workout, as I do for my Fit Camp!! It’s a great way to keep the momentum going while they are not training with me…working hard in pursuit of achieving personal fitness goals and maintaing a healthy lifestyle!!
