For my first post of the new year I want to give you a little motivation with an “Anywhere Workout” 🙂
Start with 30 Min of cardio!!
Run through each exercise once and then repeat full workout (6 exercises) 3 times!!
1) Down ward dog into push up x 15 reps
2) Mountain climbers x 2
3) Squats x 15 ( 5 regular, 5 jumping, 5 regular ) 3) Squats x 15 ( 5 regular, 5 jumping, 5 regular )
4) Tricep dips on chair x 15
5) Jumping jacks x 20
6) Hip raises ( lay on your back, legs bent and lift you bum, squeeze) x 20
Run through this circuit 3 times, then be sure to stretch!
