So for todays blog, I wanted to take The Nude Mushroom down a different path with some video blogs. I hope to post workouts, nutrition tips, recipes as well as natural skin and hair care alternatives. This first one was filmed on my own and edited myself so it is a work in progress…
This workout can be done in the comfort of your own home, using a TRX Susupension Trainer. You can purchase TRX at a sports store, online or even used on kijiji!! They great for functional workouts, which strengthen muscles you use everyday for things such as balance, walking, running and jumping. You can make your workouts as long or as short as you like and vary the difficulty by just changing up your position!! In this circuit, I have incorporated the entire body in just 3 simple exercises that you can run through in a circuit style, in as little as 25 – 30 minutes! It’s great for those early morning workouts or when it is just to snowy and blowy to get to the gym! This isn’t an instructional video but more a guide to give you options to great exercises you can perform with TRX. I have shown both beginner and advanced versions, so go ahead and challenge yourself!! You can strengthen and tone muscles as well as loose body fat by commiting to TRX a minimum of 3 times a week and eating a healthy body fueling, plant based diet!
