Creamy, Almond – Raisin No’tmeal In 10 Minutes!!


Happy Easter !!  As promised, here is my incredible version of No’tmeal (oat free)!! If your ready to start on this gluten-free train, this meal is sure to get you happily, started!!  I whipped this up in less then 10 minutes.  Loaded with lots of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, this breakfast will leave you feeling satisfied and nourished.

Tara's Grain Free No'tmeal

Grain free - vegetarian, vegan & paleo !!

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond or cashew milk add more to thin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs real maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds


  • 1 - 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 - 2 tbsp walnuts


  1. In small food processor or high speed blender - add 1 banana, almond butter, chia, almond/cashew milk, cinnamon, maple syrup.  Add more nut milk if desired for thinner consistency.  Use a fork to smash second banana - making a chunky consistency and add to mixture. Spoon into bowls and top with walnuts & raisins - eat and enjoy!
