These days I have been enjoying getting outside to do my workouts and I passionately want to share them with you!! Getting in shape for the summer may feel depressingly, overwhelming…but I am here to tell you that it can be adventurous, energizing and not that hard!!
For this workout, I literally took a yoga mat to my backyard, set my Gymboss Trainer and got this full body circuit done in 20 minutes!! The less rest, the better with this one:) Circuits keep your heart rate fluctuating and have been proven to be the fastest and most effective fat burning workouts (1) So if you want to kickstart your way to a bikini body, practice this workout 3 times and week, in as little as 20 minutes !!

Spring Revival Workout
- Pushups (Beginner, Advanced or Intermediate ) – as many as you can do in 45 seconds
- Crab Kicks (Beginner or Advanced) – as many as you can do in 45 seconds
- Supermans – as many as you can do in 45 seconds
- Bicycle Crunches – as many as you can do in 45 seconds
