30 Minute Kettlebell Flow Workout !!

Today’s video blog is a workout !! Yesss…. it’s been a long time since I have posted; life has been a rollercoaster ride but I have finally nailed down some free time to share this workout with you:) I have been fascinated with kettlebell flow workouts and the best part is you can always get creative with them ! A combination of strength, balance, flexibility create these incredible movements. The best part??  Because you are engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously, you are burning the most amount of calories in a short amount of time. It really is a pretty awesome thing !! SO you can literally do a 20 – 30 minute kettlebell flow and get the same benefits of a regular 60 minute gym workout.

Do 3 Sets of this workout; 10 reps a side. 60 Seconds rest between sets !  ENJOY 🙂
